The following are the duties of this position at the GS-07 grade level. If you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform all these duties, and will receive training to help you grow in this position.
As a Management and Program Analyst you will:
- Provide administrative and technical support to the Managing Director (MD), Deputy MD, and other OMD personnel.
- Assist the Director, Field Investigations with field investigative program support.
- Plan and directs the full range of office support and related services (e.g. telephones, conference and video calls, equipment, supplies, purchasing, timekeeping, etc.
- Maintain reports and logs status and completion dates and keep management abreast of impending deadlines.
Review and make recommendations on policies and other content to ensure consistency and alignment with practices and/or procedures.
