    Management would prefer experience in behavioral science research (e.g., industrial/organizational psychology, psychometrics, personnel testing, cognitive psychology, social psychology, gender studies, or closely related behavioral science research).

    You will be working in the Selection and Assignment Research Unit (SARU) for the US Army Research Institute for the Behavioral and Social Sciences located at Fort Belvoir, Virginia.

    • Develops executable research plans aligned with research unit mission and Army requirements.
    • Develops valid and reliable data collection methods using both experimental based observations and subjective instruments.
    • Performs and/or oversees data reduction and analysis.
    • Writes reports describing the completed research.
    • Provide consultative service and advice within the substantive area and expertise of the research unit.

    Travel Required

    50% or less - Business travel May be required 25% of the time.
