    Summary

    You will serve as a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Employee Benefits) in the Labor/Employee Relations and Services Division (N112A) of MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND.

    Responsibilities

    • You will direct the work of employee benefits program for both Ashore and Afloat personnel.
    • You will direct the following HR functions: Performance Management, Work/Life Programs, Incentive Awards, Leave Programs, Death in Service, Federal Employees' Compensation Act, Civilian Employee Assistance Program, and Drug Free Workplace Program.
    • You will provide guidance and detailed advisory services, develop policies and procedures, provide briefings, develop and provide training, and coordinate all aspects of employee benefits programs.
    • You will direct the work of a staff providing a full range of employee benefits programs.

    Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.
