    We are seeking a lead for our marketing and business development function who is experienced with generating sales and revenue and increasing visibility of products and services and customer demand. The work is highly engaging, challenging, and fast-paced. We need a naturally curious quick learner who is proficient with spreadsheets, data, and social media and who enjoys working with senior managers and skilled professionals across a variety of human capital business lines.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the HRSES representative on the HR Solutions Business Development Team.
    • Work with managers and professional staff to plan and execute business development, marketing, and outreach activities to expand HR Solutions and HRSES visibility in the Federal, state, and local government markets.
    • Promote the various business lines through a variety of delivery methods, such as in-person and virtual interagency forums, webinars, associations, conferences, social media.
    • Track and report on sales pipelines and business development activities using various business tools, including the HRS customer relationship management (CRM) system.
    • Conduct business process and workflow analyses to identify inefficiencies and develop recommendations for streamlining, eliminating, and/or reengineering HRSES strategic communications, business development, marketing, and outreach activities.

    Travel Required

    Occasional travel - Travel averages 10% - 15% yearly, but may exceed that percentage during periods of increased service delivery.
