    The Compliance Division (CD) administers the Executive Branch financial disclosure program and monitors and reviews agency ethics programs to ensure compliance with applicable ethics requirements established by statutes, rules, regulations, and Executive Orders.

    The incumbent conducts Ethics Program reviews for identifying weaknesses, deficiencies, and strengths, and recommends program improvements.

    The following are the duties of this position at the GS-13 . If you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform all these duties, and will receive training to help you grow in this position.

    - Plan and organize Ethics Program reviews and inspections of large, complex departments and agencies; and present the review plan to Compliance Division management;
    - Research and gather information concerning the agency, its mission, and its Ethics Program from OGE files, OGE staff members, and other sources;
    - Schedule and conduct entrance/exit conferences and interviews; examine financial disclosure reports and systems, written ethics advice, and education materials;
    - Prepare written reports of Ethics Program reviews and inspections following established procedures and formats.

    Travel Required

    25% or less - Travel may be required one to five nights per month.
