1. The incumbent works with project teams to:

Performs software development and technical support for complex applications; supports the evaluation and implementation of COTS /In house software installations using web and mobile software development tools such as JBoss/Wildfly, Hibernate, Eclipse, XML, SQL, Java, JavaScript, J2EE, UX, Google Polymer, Apache Cordova, Splunk, and HTML\5.

Uses enterprise software development toolkits, such as IBM Tririga or ERP PeopleSoft, to design, develop, or modify business objects and states, GUIs/forms, portals, workflows, security, templates, specifications, and integrations to create new functionality or enhance existing functionality. Performs requirements management, software quality assurance, and software configuration management. Installs, configures, and performs custom development for mobile app software and mobile device management software.
4. The incumbent provides DevOps support for the division's Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Microsoft Windows servers with the primary focus on:
