Local Hire employees' term of employment is 120 days. Local hire appointments may be extended, in 120-day increments, for a maximum 365 day appointment, based on the needs of the disaster.
In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring grant sub-awards comply with all documentation requirements to deliver Public Assistance. Typical duties include:
- Organizing and cataloging technical electronic documentation for grants.
- Inputting data and documenting uploads into software systems.
- Supporting programs and plans impacting the delivery of recovery services to individuals and communities affected by disasters.
- Compiling, reconciling, and correlating data from a variety of sources with different formats.
