    • Assists Visiting Artists, stage personnel and others in resolving any problems encountered while backstage at Filene Center.
    • Patrols backstage dressing areas to deter and/or detect any tampering with personal belongings of performers or with NPS property.
    • Receives messages, receives and signs for deliveries and is the liaison between the performers and backstage staffs and the visiting public.
    • Issues and maintains records of dressing room and clothing locker key issuance to performers and staff.
    • Responsible for the organization, cleanliness, appearance, and general operational effectiveness of the stage door area.
    • Regulates traffic flow in the back stage area, coordinating bus, truck and private vehicle movement and parking.
