    As a Procurement Analyst, you will:

    • Develop Departmental policy, regulations, and procedures governing the award and administration of contracts, grants, cooperative agreements, purchase orders, and inter-agency agreements.  This responsibility also includes monitoring and evaluating the implementation and effectiveness of such policies, regulations, and sound business practices through on-site reviews of Headquarters and Field contracting activities.
    • Provide management information, procurement workload/statistical data, and analytical support regarding the use of office automation to improve procurement operations.
    • Assist in the development of uniform Departmental policy and guidance related to the award and administration of discretionary assistance agreements.
    • Provide consultation and technical advice to the operational Divisions on request or on any matter which may have significant impact on the operations of the Office.

    Travel Required

    Occasional travel - 1 to 5 nights monthly
