    The Orthopedic Surgeon will perform general orthopedic clinic and surgical duties. Such duties will include adult hip and knee reconstruction, and limited, very light call (e.g., hip fractures) with no significant trauma.

    The major functions include but are not limited to:

    • Participate in and/or manage all aspects of a general orthopedic surgery program.
    • Perform administrative duties related to patient care management (entering progress notes, discharge summaries, consults, etc.)
    • Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team including Nursing, Anesthesiology, Podiatry, Residents and medical support staff to ensure prompt and efficient delivery of patient care services.

    Work Schedule: Monday through Friday; 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or as agreed upon with the possibility of extended hours and weekends.
