    The primary purpose of this position is to provide the United States Air Force a unique capability to plan, organize, coordinate and employ special operations in support of sensitive, compartmented, and special access missions directed by the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Secretary of Defense.

    Responsibilities

    • Dispatches special air operations, to include planning coordinating, and monitoring government flights according to applicable US government and international regulations and directives to expedite and ensure successful mission accomplishment.
    • Acts as liaison, for the Chief of Current Operations and the Director of Operations with numerous federal agencies to support missoin tasking.
    • Provides management and direction to ensure misson planners and required support expertise is available at all times to coordinate and meet operational tasking in a timely and responsive manner.
