    This position is located in Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), Building Partner Capacity (BPC) Directorate, Capabilities Development Division (CDD) and it supports training and equipping programs. The BPC Directorate is the focal point within DSCA for execution and management of numerous DoD-funded SC programs.

    Your typical work assignments may include the following:

    • Guides, develops, coordinates and recommends DoD training and equips efforts supporting international capacity building missions
    • Serves as the policy-execution link for global train and equip (GT&E) programs from initial planning through execution and completion.
    • Monitors and evaluates the progress of GT&E programs, initiating and coordinating adjustments, resourcing and delivery issues and changes within the intra- and inter- agency combine as necessary
    • Maintains records of all programmatic activities under the incumbents' purview, and submits appropriate data for inclusion in the DoD and DoS quarterly and annual reports to Congress \
    • Responds to detailed requests providing information regarding the GT&E programs to United States Government (USG) agencies, responsible countries, and other interested parties.
