    Responsibilities

    • Enters, retrieves, analyzes, consolidates, and reports a broad range of investigative, programmatic, and operational data and information.
    • Utilizes management information and automated systems to extract, analyze, and report statistical data for investigators, senior analysts, and senior management.
    • Observes and advises on events, the status of investigations, programs and operations, and trends. Conducts a wide variety of analysis to detect trends and passes analyzed data to the responsible individual.
    • Prepares spreadsheets, charts, briefing slides, dashboards, and other reports in support of the agency reporting requirements.
    • Monitors automated time and attendance system and payroll data. Analyzes and resolves errors in the automated systems, tracks payroll execution overtime and compensatory time, and maintains current and accurate reports.
    • Assists in the review of travel authorizations and vouchers. Analyzes and resolves errors in the automated system for travel, tracks the travel budget execution, and produced reports.
    • Analyzes data from automated systems to assist with answers to General Counsel FOIA requests, Litigation Hold Requests, and Discovery requests.
    • Assists in the execution and monitoring of all personnel actions. Enters, tracks, retrieves, and analyzes personnel data in automated systems. Tracks and analyzes cumulative personnel actions for status, trends, and reports.
    • Utilizes management information and automated systems to extract, analyze, and report statistical data for investigators, senior analysts, and senior management.
