The Human Resources Employee Relations Specialist duties include but are not limited to the following:
1. Resume

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development or related field and at least five (5) years of experience working in Human Resources of which at least three (3) years of specialized experience in employee relations and/or performance management.
Preferred:
