As the incumbent, you will be responsible for managing affirmative and defensive litigation involving the Agency. You will handle and counsel Agency personnel on matters before the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO), the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals, Court of Federal Claims, and Federal District and Appellate Courts, as well as matters brought against the Agency in foreign courts. In addition, advising on enforcement actions, including suspensions and debarments, and questions of contractor and grantee responsibility generally, as well as matters arising under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
