    • Operates on-line peripheral equipment to include high speed impact printer, laser printer, mountable direct access storage devices, reader equipment, high speed tape drives and computer microfiche equipment.
    • Sets up equipment, monitors the operation, and identifies and resolves problem situations according to policies.
    • Breaks down and distributes computer output listings, following procedures concerning the protection of information.
    • Performs quality checks on all output and input material, looking for printing defects and legibility, in addition, to creases and tears in output medium.
    • Records equipment malfunctions and determines the feasibility of manually correcting unscheduled halts, withdrawing program from the processing system or stopping production and referring problem to supervisor.
