    About the Position: In this position you will serve as Protocol lead and advisor to the Commanding General (CG) of the Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) and Senior Commander of Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG).

    • Develops, updates, and implements a protocol program that effectively supports CECOM and APG.
    • Develops comprehensive Command wide guidance, direction, policies, and regulations governing the protocol program,
    • Coordinates with DA staff at Secretary of the Army, Under Secretary, Chief of Staff, and Vice Chief of Staff levels, and the Office of the Secretary of Defense on protocol program issues
    • Directs the formulation of all arrangements for the orchestration of Command social and official functions.
    • Leads and advises other protocol personnel.
    • Proposes guest lists; seating arrangements in accordance with protocol precedence;
    • Maintains all records and files of expenditures for official dinners, luncheons, receptions, and social events hosted by the CG

    Travel Required

    Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.
