As a IT SPECIALIST (APPSW) at the GS-2210-13 some of your typical work assignments may include:
-Makes recommendations and decisions that guide important web applications software policies and programs.
-Serves as a senior technical authority on difficult and complex software development issues.
-Analyzes and translates technical specifications into integrated applications that automate business processes.
-Monitors software development contracts to ensure compliance with specifications and requirements.
-Develops project plans; provides technical guidance to team members; and serves as primary liaison between customers, vendors, and IT management throughout the development process.
