    The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a training instructor.

    This is a Term position NTE 2 years. The individual selected for this position may be extended without further competition.

    • Instructs students through assigned blocks of instruction at basic and/or advanced levels. Studies course objectives, technical orders, and other materials to prepare for assigned days of instruction.
    • Develops and/or revises lesson plans and training materials for fighter crew chief curriculum.
    • Monitors and evaluates student progress and performance. Administers measurement devices and provides feedback to students, and maintains security.
    • Inputs necessary data into the Technical Training Management System (TTMS). Initiates documentation, updates student training records, and schedules resources required for instruction.
    • Maintains professional and technical expertise. Attends courses, conferences, and briefings to increase knowledge of training processes and procedures.

    Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.
