Applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped the applicant with the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. This experience need not have been in the federal government. For this position, specialized experience is experience in program management, acquisition, contractual, and support agreement processes required to assist in the planning, coordinating and executing techniques to identify problems, programs, and initiatives involving program and budget policies. Knowledge of pertinent regulations, policies, and precedents that affect Acquisition Category (ACAT) systems.
Substitution of education for specialized experience is not applicable to this vacancy.
