1. Establish proactive working relationships with all SBA Program Offices, Field Offices and Digital Services
Ensure agency-wide OCPL digital content, branding, marketing and outreach initiatives, processes and procedures are created and maintained.
Ensure initiatives are being implemented and executed consistently throughout the entire agency.
Develop defined milestones and timelines and where feasible create, track and report out on measurable metrics.
2. Collaborate with Director of Digital Media, OCPL and Office Directors/managers on strategic planning opportunities and agency-wide deliverables.
Coordinate all OCPL Performance Management Office Submissions with OCPL-wide metrics
Draft and coordinate Communications Strategic Plan for OCPL and Office of Digital Media that complements the current agency plan and supports roll out of new products (including digital), initiatives and programs.
3. Liaison and Coordinator
OCPL liaison with Digital Services on digital content direction
OCPL liaison with all program offices ensuring that the content/branded message is in line with brand strategy.
Coordinator with Field Operations in capturing best practices and identifying strategic alliance opportunities.
4. Communicator
Corresponds in writing, over the phone and in person with senior leaders in the private and public sectors to coordinate communications policy, arrange meetings and maintain working relationships.
Writes communication memoranda and briefing papers for the Director of Digital Media, Deputy AA or AA signature
Develops and maintains communications' outreach plans and campaign/project reports
Oversees content updates to digital platforms including Web pages and tools.
Education may not be substituted for experience for this position.
