    Responsibilities

    If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team and serve as an IT Specialist who specializes in Litigation Support (LS). Typical work assignments will include:

    • Providing application support and troubleshooting assistance to legal staff;
    • Working with others to determine effective strategies to meet litigation needs;
    • Providing customer support services, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, customer assistance, and training, in response to user requirements;
    • Creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting litigation databases; and
    • Coordinating litigation support services (including trial preparation and presentation) in response to customer needs.
    Responsibilities may increase and assignments may become more complex as your training and experience progress.

    Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.
