    Responsibilities

    You will:

    - Direct and supervise a multidisciplinary staff of scientists who manage field radiological emergency response operations;

    - Serve as senior technical advisor on strategic planning and training programs in support of radiological monitoring and incident response;

    - Coordinate planning and training activities;

    - Participate in nationwide radiological emergencies and exercises as a member of the National Center for Radiation Field Operation’s Radiological Emergency Response Team.

    You will spend less than 25% of your work time on contracts, grants/cooperative agreements, and/or interagency agreements.
