This position is being filled under the Expedited Hiring Authority for Shortage Category and/or Critical Need Health Care Occupations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnosis, identified problems and treatment needs for each case.
- Utilize social work systems and psychological theories, principals, and techniques in treatment plan development.
- Work with highly complex cases in which individuals are severely impacted by moderate to severe psychiatric diagnoses to include factors such as history of trauma, co-occurring conditions, and suicide.
- Provides individual, family, and group clinical counseling services using various evidenced based modalities as clinically indicated for adults and children to assist clients to identify and manage personal, psychological and interactive problems.
Occasional travel - Up to 3% business travel required.
