    About the Position: Serves as Secretary performing administrative and clerical duties in support of the work for the Engineering Division Chief.

    • Maintains liaison with the human resources office concerning personnel actions.
    • Receives phone calls and directs the calls to the appropriate person.
    • Retrieves information from data systems to use in document preparation.
    • Utilizes various office software to prepare correspondence, spreadsheets, and reports.
    • Schedules meetings for the Division chief.
    • Prepares supply requisitions for the Division.
    • Maintains tracking records of office property.
    • Compiles and formats data for reports.
