As the Deputy General Counsel for General Law and Management, the incumbent is a member of the senior management team of the Office of the General Counsel (OGC). In this capacity, the incumbent participates in formulating and effecting policies and programs with respect to the OGC's overall general law responsibilities, budget, and personnel.
Typical duties include:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT: In addition to meeting the basic requirement, applicants must also meet the minimum qualification requirement.

Experience advising a legal, financial, regulatory or federal organization, its officials and employees on official actions and business activities to mitigate risks.
