    The Deputy Director, Architecture & Engineering Group of the Chief Information Office and Information Technology Services Directorate (CIO/T) assists in overseeing the Offices: (1) ensuring information technology (IT) solutions are aligned with the NGA Strategy and the Intelligence Community (IC) IT Enterprise, and that these solutions are designed to conform to the guidance from the Chief Enterprise Architect, Chief Data Architect, and Chief Enterprise Engineer; (2) assuring the mission readiness of IT capabilities for promotion into operations; and (3) responsible for enterprise mission outcomes by driving innovation through rapid acquisition, piloting, prototyping, and designing processes and engagement approaches to meet customer needs and exceed their expectations. This includes the responsibility for developing, championing, validating, and transitioning IT approaches to ensure delivered services provide value to the mission; providing and delivering an agile systems engineering framework for innovative IT services including solutions architecture, cyber, standards, processes, and documentation that meets current and future mission needs; and ensuring interoperability and integration of all IT services and systems through NSG-wide engineering activities and processes. To accomplish this, the incumbent assists in leading a diverse workforce of skilled technical personnel to include government, contractor, and military employees, and is accountable for the accomplishment of these responsibilities and the associated execution of a substantial budget. The selected candidate must obtain and sustain a Top Secret SCI clearance with polygraph as a condition of employment. This is a Critical Acquisition Position.
