Collaborates with senior leadership (IT and business) to develop enterprise IT and digital strategies that consider the people, process, and tools necessary to execute effectively.
Participates in and contributes to the assessment of external digital opportunities and internal technology capabilities required to achieve desired business capabilities.
Leads/supports teams in the development of IT strategies and transformational roadmaps that are actionable; ensuring integration with the corporate planning processes and business strategy.
Provides consulting and guidance on strategy development and identifying key initiatives with high potential for success that drive achievement of strategic outcomes. Communicates effectively to stakeholders at all levels the benefits and use of strategies in driving business outcomes more efficiently.
Provides expertise in strategic and tactical planning to support the implementation of strategic programs supporting key initiatives.

You must have Information Technology (IT)-related experience which demonstrates proficiency in each of the following competencies:

Qualifications Required:
Applicants must have one year of specialized experience at the CG/GS 14 grade level managing an organization or agency's enterprise-wide strategy development that focuses on IT modernization, digital transformation, and security to simplify the technology landscape.
