OR Ph.D or equivalent Doctoral Degree OR 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education to such a degree OR LL.B. or J.D., if related.
Supervisory Positions: Experience should also demonstrate the ability to provide supervision to Water/Wastewater Group regarding operation and maintenance of the water/wastewater treatment systems.

KSA 5: Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local wastewater treatment regulations and drinking water regulations to ensure project compliance by completing legal requirements for monitoring and reporting.
KSA 6: Knowledge of water sampling and water quality monitoring.
