The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Program Support Officer formulating and developing the resources, operational support, and infrastructure aspects the Office of Commercial Economic Analysis (OCEA) programs, policies and concepts. Provides program management and program staff expertise to the commercial economic assessment of USAF programs and systems.
- Serves as a Program Support Specialist for the Concepts, Development &amp; Management Office (CDM) concerning planning, administrative functions, policies, and requirements for CDM?s Office of Commercial Economic Analysis (OCEA).
- Identifies, develops and maintains intra and inter-agency program liaisons, to ensure accomplishment of program goals and milestones within cost, schedule, and performance requirements, to include contract support.
- Serves as a focal point with the contractor base on issues involving the acquisition of commercial economic support systems and equipment in support of high-priority and classified programs of significant national and international impact.
Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.

- Education and/or senior level of experience within the Program Support Officer field, as it applies to Research and Development projects and efforts within the intelligence arena is desired.
- Comprehensive knowledge and/or practical application within Contracting Office Representative (COR) and/or acquisition arena is desired.
- COTRs appointed after November 26, 2007 must be certified no later than six months from their date of appointment.
- A newly appointed or reappointed employee may receive service credit for prior work experience or active duty uniformed service that otherwise would not be creditable for the purpose of determining his or her annual leave accrual rate.
- For creditable service for leave accrual above, creditable service must be directly related to the duties of the position being filled and decisions to allow for such credit must be finalized prior to the selectee?s entrance on duty.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
