As a Contact Representative (Information Intake), you will be assigned to the Information Intake Group and serve as the primary communications gateway to EEOC Headquarters and field Offices. In this capacity, you will receive and respond to calls received via TTY and Video Phone, e-mail and other written communications from the public, and accurately enter specific information into designated databases.Contact Representative (Information Intake) interview potential charging parties, charging parties and the general public to determine the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and refer callers to other agencies and organizations, as appropriate.
