-Reviews and approves procurement requests, travel authorizations, contractor acquisition forms and other proposed program expenditures.
-Reconciles financial plans execution data, which is entered into the Counter terrorism Program Management Information System (CTPMIS). Analyzes and reconciles financial documents.
-Administers the Budget and Finance Unit's database (B&F) to track the status on commitments, obligations, expenditure residuals and re-obligations.
-Analyze vouchers, invoices, claims and other requests for payments, goods, or services for accuracy , adequacy and correct contractual references.
