ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The Installation Operations Office (SIO), Facilities Engineering Branch (SIOEE) located at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) Campus East site is seeking one (1) high-achieving, team-oriented Installation Management Officer to serve as SIOEE's Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) and facilities officer. The selectee will be responsible to manage facilities engineering information for NGA's CAFM systems: AutoCAD, ARCHIBUS, and Builder. The position also requires conducting oversight of the project documentation efforts of the Base Operations Support contractor including review of project design drawings, construction drawings, As-Built drawings, and record drawings provided in AutoCAD format, Adobe Acrobat format, and in printed form. The selectee will also oversee the administrative processes involved with developing, funding, executing, and documenting projects for the operation, maintenance, repair, improvement, and renovation of a secure government agency campus. The CAFM and Facilities Officer will provide engineering information system and records management support to architects and mechanical, civil, and architectural engineers for building and site construction, renovation, and improvement projects. Additionally, the selectee will support the NCE Site Manager in the development and subsequent execution of Operation & Maintenance (O&M), Facilities Sustainment, Restoration, & Modernization (FSRM), and Procurement Defense-Wide (PDW) programs and budgets for the NGA Campus East site. The selectee must possess facility related technical skills and knowledge of maintenance operations, facilities management and construction and be familiar with the latest trends and technologies to advise management on facility-related improvements that could benefit NGA and will work independently to plan and accomplish work assignments and exercise judgment in resolving normal problems. The CAFM and Facilities Officer will work with personnel within and outside the organization or specialty area. Typical functions may include research, and analytical and technical/specialty skills, problem resolution, the delivery of effective presentations and briefings to small and large audiences, nontechnical and technical writing, planning and scheduling. This position can require periods of prolonged standing and extensive walking, and in addition to AutoCAD, ARCHIBUS, and Builder requires skills in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Upon placement into this position, the incumbent will receive notification of DAWIA certification requirement Level I in career field Facilities Engineering as required by SIO leadership. The incumbent will have two years to complete this certification requirement.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
You must be able to obtain and retain a Top Secret security clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information. In addition, you are subject to a Counterintelligence Polygraph examination in order to maintain access to Top Secret information. All employees are subject to a periodic examination on a random basis in order to determine continued eligibility. Refusal to take the examination may result in denial of access to Top Secret information, SAP, and/or unescorted access to SCIFs.

NGA utilizes all processes and procedures of the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Non-executive NGA employees are assigned to five distinct pay bands based on the type and scope of work performed. The employee's base salary is established within their assigned pay band based on their unique qualifications. A performance pay process is conducted each year to determine a potential base pay salary increase and/or bonus. An employee's annual performance evaluation is a key factor in the performance pay process. 1. Ability to quickly make well-versed decisions even with incomplete information while under pressure.
2. Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI).
3. Demonstrated ability to accomplish assigned tasks with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment under pressure and within tight time constraints.
