About the Position: The Surgical Unit provides care for acutely ill patients with a wide variety of medical problems and diseases or are recovering from surgery. This position requires rotating shift work. The selected applicant for this position can expect periods of prolonged walking and standing, as well as lifting, bending, and stooping. Work related to this position is performed in a hospital where exposure to contagious and infectious disease is common.
