This position is located in the Office of Administrative Law Judges and Dispute Resolution (OALJDR). As directed by the Commission, the OALJDR (1) resolves contested cases effectively, efficiently and expeditiously, either through impartial hearing and decision or through negotiated settlement, ensuring that the rights of all parties are preserved; (2) conducts fair and impartial investigations; and (3) performs various Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedures, including mediation, arbitration, facilitation, and acting as settlement judge in a neutral, confidential, expeditious and efficient manner, ensuring that all parties are heard to the extent they desire.
This is a FALL 2018 internship position.

As a Student Trainee (Legal Intern) you will perform the following duties:
