These positions are located in Human Resources Division: Research and Analysis Staff. The incumbent will perform the following duties:
- Works in partnership with organizational leadership, human resources specialists, occupational subject matter experts, and senior management stakeholders to develop employee selection assessments and implement best practices in employee and leadership engagement and organizational assessment.
- Develops personnel selection assessments, conducts job analysis studies, creates organizational surveys, establishes implementation plans, performs on-going program evaluation, and writes technical documentation for projects and reports of findings.
- Conducts statistical research based on psychological theory to support and evaluate personnel testing, survey, and leadership programs. Processes and analyzes data and uses results to determine improvements and solutions to organizational challenges.
- Conducts focus groups, facilitates subject matter expert panels, conducts trainings, and presents briefings in support of personnel assessment programs. Facilitates leader development initiatives consistent with on-going organizational survey research programs.
Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.
