    This position is located in the Office of Air and Radiation, Office of Air Quality Planning and Standards, Air Quality Assessment Division, Ambient Air Monitoring Group, in Durham (Research Triangle Park), NC.

    Responsibilities

    You will:

    - Provide technical coordination for ambient monitoring issues related to methods development, network design, monitor siting, and quality assurance;

    - Develop technical guidance materials related to ambient monitoring activities;

    - Represent the Agency at professional and technical meetings related to ambient monitoring;

    - Manage contractual resources and serve as Work Assignment Manager on key monitoring contracts.

    You will spend less than 25% of your work time on contracts, grants/cooperative agreements, and/or interagency agreements.
