    The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Chief of Protocol and advisor to the Commander (General officer), Air Reserve Personnel Center to plan, manage or advise on all ceremonial rules and activities that shape official and representative occasions.

    Responsibilities

    • Implement protocol policy/procedural guidance for Commander and personnel concerning proper protocol requirements for visiting dignitaries/military ceremonies. Coordinate/consolidate initiatives, plans, and actions into integrated protocol program.
    • Serves as protocol advisor to the commander. Plans, designs, and implements specific and special protocol guidance based on pre-established goals.
    • Develops policies and procedures for protocol visits and visitors. Plans work to be accomplished, interprets policy and procedures and establishes priorities.
    • Plans for and provides on-site guidance during various military ceremonies. Maintains documentation and provides reports as required in support of the commander's events.
