Human Resource Office, Joint Base McGuire Dix Lakehurst, New Jersey
- Use military personnel programs
- Manage personnel actions, i.e. transfers, awards, promotions, orders, etc.
- Maintain and safeguard personnel records
- Research and interpret regulations
- Provide guidance to supported units on personnel matters
- Reply to inquires from staff, employees, and military personnel
- Communicate with staff on all military personnel matters
Occasional travel - The business travel requirement is 5%.
