    To be eligible for the Pathways Intern Program, individuals must have been accepted for enrollment or be enrolled and seeking a degree (diploma, certificate, etc.) in a qualifying educational institution on a full or half time basis.

    • Examines, analyzes, and evaluates cases involving government contract protest issues and/or contract dispute issues.
    • Prepares legal memoranda, makes recommendations, and drafts legal opinions, legal documents, and correspondence based on such research and evaluation.
    • Researches issues that may significantly affect Agency programs.
    • Performs a variety of other legal and factual research.
