    Summary

    The position is located in the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer, Program Analysis Division. We are looking for someone who has expert knowledge of excel and intermediate knowledge of Access. In-depth knowledge of SharePoint is desirable.

    This is a temporary position NTE 1 year and may be extended for up to one additional year for a total of 24 months.

    Responsibilities

    • Utilizes management information system programs (hardware/software) for data collection, analysis, reporting, and presentation. This includes the use of MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio and SharePoint.
    • Prepares and assembles of written reports according to established formats, including transforming excel data into report-ready charts and tables. Makes distribution of approved reports and implementing directives and ensures a complete file on each project is established and maintained.
    • Gathers information, identifies and analyzes issues, and develops recommendations to resolve problems of effectiveness and efficiency of work operations in a program support setting.
    • Monitors project status and resources to meet goals and objectives and recommend adjustment of work plans and resources for project accomplishment.
    • Assists with budget execution functions utilizing SharePoint and participate with quarterly contract reconciliation.
    • Maintains and develops SharePoint sites, folders, narrative descriptions and permissions.
