Develop and negotiate contracts, amendments, exhibits, and other agreements for the sale, purchase, operation and maintenance, or interchange of electric power, transmission service, and system interconnection or transmission facility modifications. Develop administrative principles and procedures in support of the power marketing and transmission strategy program, promote and maintain good customer relations, and obtain required stakeholder information. Develop, implement, and administer power marketing policy and transmission strategy for both the short-term and the long-term for the marketing of Federal power resources and/or recommend revisions to established criteria. Initiate, review, and analyze various engineering and technical studies auxiliary to the development and implementation of power marketing policy and transmission strategy and recommend proposals.
