These positions are located in the Agricultural Research Service, Acquisition and Property Branch, within the Area Office structure in Albany, CA, Fort Collins, CO, Peoria, IL, and Stoneville, MS.
Under the direction of the Deputy Area Director and the Acquisition and Property Branch, this position serves as the Area’s property and fleet manager. The position develops internal procedures, practices, and polices; implements policies, procedures, and provides technical guidance to all employees/locations under the Area Office. This includes other property management officers and accountable property officers such as research leaders, center directors, and administrative officers.
