The EDGAR Business Office provides direct executive-level oversight of the EDGAR system and represents the external business needs of the Commission and its Divisions and Offices in the operation of the EDGAR system. The Office also supports the future needs of the Commission and its Division and Offices by leading the EDGAR Redesign program to develop the future electronic filing environment. The Office has a broad role in Commission activities, interacting with nearly every Division and Office, providing support in meeting the current filing needs while also supporting the development of regulations that might impact new or changed filing requirements.
This Deputy Director -Edgar Business Office position is in the Headquarters Building located in Washington, DC.
The Deputy Director reports to the Director of the EDGAR Business Office and will be responsible for the management of the day-to-day activities and operations of the office. The Deputy Director will provide direct, executive-level oversight of the EDGAR Program Office (EPO), EDGAR Solution Services Office, Business Management Office and the Information Services Branch to execute ongoing EDGAR functional enhancements and sustainment initiatives.

2. Experience leading a risk assessment and management program for a large organization. Please highlight any such experience at an organization that is regulated or subject to regulation by a federal financial regulatory agency.
