The Office of Cyber and Infrastructure Analysis (OCIA), National Protection and Programs Directorate (NPPD), Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The mission of OCIA is to better understand all-hazards consequences to the Nation's critical infrastructure through an integrated analytical approach evaluating the potential consequences of disruption, including dependencies, interdependencies, and cascading impacts, from physical or cyber threats and incidents.
This position is a Temporary Appointment Not To Exceed 180 days.
This appointment may be terminated before the 180 day appointment is completed.
This Supervisory Intelligence Analyst position supervises the development of plans, programs, policies, and interagency agreements in order to integrate and focus the integrated cyber/physical infrastructure threat and risk analysis.

Joining the Office of Cyber & Infrastructure Analysis (OCIA) means ensuring there is an understanding and awareness of cyber and physical critical infrastructure interdependence and the impact of a cyber-threat or incident to the Nation's critical infrastructure. In this position, you would be responsible for:
Supervising the assignments of subordinate staff to ensure completion of projects;
Creating and establishing methodologies to solve analytical problems which contain threat and risk information gaps
Present briefings of findings of analysis of risks and threats to senior leadership and a variety of stakeholders;
Identifying, reviewing, validating,and processing cyber/physical infrastructure information needs.
Education may not be used to qualify for the position. Thus, a transcript is not requested nor required.

Employees who are initially appointed to supervisory positions must serve a supervisory probationary period for one year.
