The major duties of this position include:
Specialized Experience: For the GS-12, you must have one (1) year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service, which is directly related to the position as listed in this announcement and has equipped the candidate with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the position successfully. Specialized experience includes:
Conducting security assessments and operations of security tools; AND
Participating in the analysis of federal security requirements; AND
Providing recommendations to remediate security vulnerabilities and audit findings; AND
Providing assistance to customers in developing technical requirements for information security; AND
Participating in the deployment of security tools.
In addition to meeting specialized experience, individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below.
