    Summary

    This position is located in the Office of Operations (OO), Office of Business Services (OBS), Employee Resource & Information Center (ERIC).
    This is a Term Appointment NTE four (4) year renewable annually; subject to program funds availability.

    Additional selections may be made within the same geographical area FDA-wide.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as a customer service representative providing services for the administrative functional areas: Real Property, Human Resources, Equal Employment and Diversity Management, Financial Services, and Acquisitions and Grants Services.
    • Assist with specific functional administrative and follow-up calls to ensure satisfactory completion of the entire service ticket life cycle.
    • Provide discrete set of information and services and referring the balance to the correct subject matter experts.
    • Provide recommendations to enhance the quality of service provided by Employee Resource and Information Center (ERIC).
    • Participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of internal policies and procedures sovereign liaison activities. Ensure communication of the policies and procedures within the FDA
