This is a Term Appointment NTE four (4) year renewable annually; subject to program funds availability.

- Serve as a customer service representative providing services for the administrative functional areas: Real Property, Human Resources, Equal Employment and Diversity Management, Financial Services, and Acquisitions and Grants Services.
- Assist with specific functional administrative and follow-up calls to ensure satisfactory completion of the entire service ticket life cycle.
- Provide discrete set of information and services and referring the balance to the correct subject matter experts.
- Provide recommendations to enhance the quality of service provided by Employee Resource and Information Center (ERIC).
- Participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of internal policies and procedures sovereign liaison activities. Ensure communication of the policies and procedures within the FDA

QualificationsIn order to qualify for the Resource & Information Specialist, GS-0301-9, you must have one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-07 in the Federal service. Specialized is experience that has equipped the applicant with the specific knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. This specialized experience should demonstrate experience with policies and procedures on Real Property, Human Resources, Equal Employment & Diversity Management, Financial Services, and Acquisitions & Grants.
