This position is located in the Office of Evaluation, Program Evaluations Division. This division assesses HUD's programs and operations in a timely, credible, and constructive manner. Our evaluations result in reports or other written products that HUD can use to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, impact, or sustainability of its operations, programs, and polices. This position serves as an Evaluator, assisting in the analysis and review of departmental programs which have a major impact upon the operations of HUD nationwide. We are recruiting to build, sustain, and deploy a skilled, knowledgeable, diverse, and high-performance workforce to meet the current and emerging needs of government and its citizens.
This appointment is being filled under the Pathways Program - Recent Graduate.
The Recent Graduates Program provides individuals, who have recently graduated from a qualifying educational institution or program, with developmental opportunities in the Federal Government. Participants must have obtained a degree, or completed a qualifying career or technical education program within the preceding 2 years. Upon successful completion of the program, if you are a United States citizen, you may be non competitively converted to a permanent position, or in some circumstances a term appointment in the competitive service.

As a Management & Program Analyst, you will:
- Specialized Experience: For the GS-09, you must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-07 grade level in the Federal Service. Specialized experience for this position includes:
Eligibility:
- Recent graduates who have completed, within the previous two years, a qualifying Associates, Bachelors, Masters, Professional, Doctorate, Vocational or Technical Degree or Certificate from a qualifying educational institution.
