Incumbent will:
-Interpret operational compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
-Coordinate and oversee Reclamation's Hazardous Energy Control Program.
-Develop and revise Reclamation Facility Instructions, Standards and Techniques (FIST) Manuals.
-Provide operational recommendations, technical advice, guidelines, standards, directives and compliance requirements for modificationsand/or additions to facillities, equipment and practices.
