The position is in the Executive Office of the President (EOP), Office of Administration (OA), Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Procurement and Contract Management Division (PCMD). The incumbent works closely with all EOP components to provide the full range of acquisition program management tasks and is the expert responsible for execution of the acquisition planning/strategy through contract award and administration. The incumbent develops the written acquisition plan/strategy and works with the components to develop the technical acquisition requirements package to ensure they can make an informed decision for acquiring a variety of simple to complex supplies and services, including Information Technology, Telecommunications and Construction solicitations required by PCMD Contracting Officers (CO). The incumbent ensures clients receive accurate, timely, and complete acquisition documents to acquire the best and most cost effective business solutions. The incumbent understands the goals of the President's Management Agenda as it relates to acquisitions.
